Confidential means confidential
What you say in therapy stays here, with the same legal limits every licensed clinician has in the state where you are receiving care. Your school, employer, or family does not get a report from this website or this room.

Class is already in the room
Class is a culture, not just money. Code-switching, hidden rules, family scripts, and the cost of being the one who left. We do not spend the first six sessions explaining what first-gen actually feels like.

Tools you can use this week
Action-oriented work. Insight matters, but so does sleep, anger, the family phone call, the job, and getting through the next seminar or meeting without taking it out on yourself.
